New Baking Adventures
Made some Cinnaminnamon Rolls today :3 I was craving something sweet and that seemed like something decently easy to make for me.
Now just normal Cinnamon Rolls woulda been kinda boring so i decided to make them with a berry filling instead.

The Recipe:

Instructions:
1. Mix the warm Milk (250 ml), Sugar (50g) and Yeast (7g), let it sit for a few minutes until foamy
2. Add melted Butter (100g), Egg (1), Salt and Food dye
3. Gradually mix in the flour (350g AP, 150g WW), Knead for 10-15 Minutes
4 Cover and let Rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size

5.1 cook the berries (150g) with sugar (50), lime juice(half a lime), cinnamon (2 tbsp), and nutmeg (to taste) until soft
5.2 make a starch slurry by mixing warm water (2 tbsp) and cornstarch (1 tbsp), add to berry sauce and cool until thickened
5.3 add vanilla and let it cool

6. Roll dough into a rectangle with a thickness of abt 0.5 cm
7. Spread the filling and roll it up; slice into ~3cm rolls
8. Place into a greased pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes
9. Bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes at 180C

10. Mix powdered sugar (100g), berry juice (2 tbsp), vanilla, lime juice and food dye

11. drizzle the glaze over the rolls and enjoy hopefully :3
